about

Empty Space is about letting go: of musical structures, my own expectations, and the wish to belong. Within that void I found space for exploring new material in a fresh way, without longing for a certain outcome.

My fourth EP consists of four originals and one cover song. The originals are composed with vocal live looping; vocal effects and a little bass guitar are the only addition. For the 4hero cover I added loops from synthesizers and MIDI samples as well.

All music was recorded live in front of cameras. There has been no editing, overdubs or mixing. Every song has an accompanied video on YouTube where you can see me controlling the loop station and the effects.
